The two Fran Writes Substacks are home to my writings from both a professional and a personal perspective. I’ve created one for each, to make it easier for you to subscribe to whichever is of interest to you.

This one, Fran Writes ... Periodically is an outlet for the short form prose, poems and observations that come to me, well, periodically. Having started out with music as my specialism, I’ve always had a love of creative arts, particularly through writing and music. May contain humour, deep thought, weirdness, wry observation. I promise not to sing.

My other one, Fran Writes ... About Learning has regular posts on the world of learning, development, AI, Data and related topics. As a Learning Technologies Strategist, and a former teacher and advisor, my interests span the world of learning, development and progression, from early compulsory education through to post-retirement.
